Our Mission
Our mission is to enrich the lives of the rural and suburban communities within south central Kansas. We will create a gathering point for benevolent endeavors that charitably and respectfully promote life, cultural, athletic and civic activities. Our purpose is to strengthen the area through citizenship while sustaining and embracing family and community values.
Our Story
The Council of Hope Incorporated (CoH) is a non-profit, tax-exempt, 501(c) (3) organization that serves the rural and suburban areas of south central Kansas. The CoH organization was established to promote community improvement through charitable and cultural activities by providing a home for various community organizations and events, along with a base of operations for the community outreach project. To further these objectives in the near future, the CoH plans to develop a large multipurpose facility in western Sedgwick County tentatively named Hope Hall.
